Smiling when we don't feel like is a disease. This disease deals with the mental framework of our mind. In other words, anything that doesn't fit under the spiritual laws is a disease. Smiling when we don't feel like is a disease because it is governed by the mind. We often smile to keep the other happy or rather to keep ourselves happy. Even if there is momentary displeasure while exhibiting that smile on our face, we simply do it because that might fetch us a ground to seek happiness. This implies for all those who smile even while feeling uncomfortable. Just simply ask yourself: "Why am I smiling when I don't mean it or like to do???" The answer is hard to hear but it is the truth. We have selfish motives that compel smile, against our will. We have got spectacular words to describe events and things around us. We emphasize our experience by using descriptive words along with strong emotions. But, it is nearly impossible to describe oneself, wholly. Even if we know ourselves in a so-called, full manner, we choose not to describe. It might either be like flattery or rather annoying. So, the truth is that our personality being so complex, compels us to doubt ourselves. Our behaviors and traits are not from this birth, but it is an expression of our many past lifetimes. So, we do not know ourselves that well, so how can we probably describe "You". "You" is somebody apart from us. That other entity to has a whole load of identities, behaviors, traits, habit, emotions and ideas.  So, adjectives which are created by us humans with this very mind cannot effectively describe us, we who have created them. Where there is position and possession there is no truth. This is because, truth is white and the former is black. If we begin decorating the truth, it no longer remains the truth. Because, 'decorating' is the quality of the ignorant. We decorate the truth with our ignorance, with our opinions, likes, dislikes, notions, etc. Our proccessings from the world cannot be termed as the truth. Because, it involves the mind, we are layered with ignorance. Position and possession are the goals set by the mind. This is what are mind has been craving for lifetimes together. We incessantly target this and end up in the grave. Naturally, we ourselves are impermanent, then how can we experience our desires forever.  The moment we feel that we are getting closer to our desires, the truth of life too comes closer to us. Death is inevitable, but truth is eternal. Position and possession are temporary but truth is eternal. Logically, temporary cannot hold the permanent.

In the search of truth, not necessarily you'll reach your destination! But if you did you are unlike ordinary beings. Truth is the basis of our existence. It is the super science, our creator. So, when we walk on the path of truth, we contact the higher energy fields. Some energy that is alien to this world of lies. When we begin to speak the truth and are committed to it, when we refuse to speak a single lie, we will be held as diseased people by the worldly beings. Why is this so? The answer is very simple. The world has spoken only lies and if we behave extraordinary by not following what it teaches us, we are mad! When we speak the truth, we break the barriers of the ego. Yes, Truth may not necessarily be the fact, because both the terms do not mean the same. Fact is the conclusion drawn from human assumption. Facts, change from time to time because they are solely dependent on the external circumstances. So, precisely facts can change but truth cannot as it is eternal. As humans, we have a limited sense of perception. We are unable to grasp the bigger picture. Often, we conclude before having studied the case efficiently. As described love in many posts earlier, love is sacrifice. Yes, sacrificing your selfishness is the dawn of love. Love cannot be achieved as it is not a thing or a stage to reach. It is nowhere apart from you, but it is you, yourself. It is the revelation of the 'self' that is hidden by the dirt of ignorance, marking the fulfillment of love. We already know that the world is unreal. It is a illusion. It holds the same relevance as the world we perceive in a dream. In this built-in world of illusion, we have further trapped ourselves. Actually, there exists only truth. But, due to the projection of the conditioned mind and its presence, man has created a world of untruth. Once man realizes that his expectations, achievements and very existence is temporary and are the objects of sorrow, he embarks his journey towards truth. Truth is the building block of one's true character . Our reality lies in truth and excavating it  is spirituality. This is the journey towards our 'self ' , which is ever joyful in nature unlike the self we are at present. Today, we float with the fluctuating waves of happiness and sorrow of the world. It is very hard too find people with genuine intentions. As something is better than nothing good people are better than bad. However, we do find contrasting shades among such people too. Their colours change as per the situations they encounter. This means that their mind is functional in the material aspect. Mind compels one to accept Good and Evil 'masks' to our convenience. When man has no principles to follow, he ends up falling prey to the mind. The mind itself has no direction, so abiding it will land man nowhere. Good people can never turn evil. This is because true goodness is achieved through following the principles of truth. A man of truth can never be overturned or ruled by the mind. Wisdom marks the end of all binding and the start towards the path of truth. One is no longer bound to a particular faith, tradition, custom or belief. This is because he walks the path of truth alone. Religious teachings elaborate a lot on faith, custom and tradition, which is well assimilated by a wise man. The wise have transcended this plane to attain pure knowledge. He becomes one with Knowledge or the Light of truth. Only wisdom sets one free from the shackles of Maya (illusion). Wisdom is the quality of discrimination. It helps one discriminate between the truth and falsehood, between spiritual and material. The power of wisdom emanates from following Dharma as prescribed in our Vedic religion. Following these religious practices with utmost faith and commitment leads us to its final chapter, which is Wisdom. This is the final teaching that religion can offer to set one on the spiritual path. This is the quality that separates a spiritual from the mundane people.

It is true, nobody can be of any help. For any problem we face in life, we look at people for support. They can either be our friends, neighbors, parents or other relatives. 'Help' as a term conveys a vague responsibility. It is rather superficial. True 'help' means directing a person on the path of truth. Nowadays, help is regarded as an act of 'benevolence by mortals'. One must remember that mortals are incapable of helping anybody. In other words, they lack the capacity to help. 'Helping' is an act of selfishness or it is bit more complex. Today, help means comforting the other. 'Help' is considered only when it syncs with our personal thoughts,beliefs, likes, dislikes, experiences and notions. Integrity is a divine quality. It cannot be used to express the corrupted, mundane feelings of the material world. Integrity is not tainted by the dark mind and is thus a home to light. It is dignified by being one of the most essential qualities in a spiritual being. Integrity is priceless. Just like, sapphire puts other stones to shame, Integrity dominates over the immoral. We can achieve this only when we consciously work on our unconscious layers. The dawn of integrity is marked at the end of all evil. Thus, a man of integrity can never be effected by evil as truth is by his side. Integrity cannot stand ignorance unlike goodness and loyalty. The latter comprise of grey shade, but integrity does not. It demands complete transparency in dealings, if not it is not integrity. Stealthiness, ignorance, ego and the six vices fail to combat it. It possesses unique power as it is rooted in truth and the essence of all the Vedas, Dharma.

Have you ever tread the path of truth? Truth is the goal of all humans. Unfortunately, man went astray during the process. The question arises, "Where did he go?" Man did not only go, but also became a captive in the world of illusion. This is the world we live in. In this world, we have a whole lot of burdens. Burden of employment, money, duties and responsibilities haunt us day and night. We live our lives in fear, fearing our past and future. If we had reached the goal, TRUTH, we would have never experienced the pangs of life. This because: Only where fear resides, one becomes fearful and feels the burden of something intangible. Man since the very beginning is prone to ownership. He works hard in order to get recognition in society. In that process, he lets go off his own morals and values. Forsaking his own beliefs, he deliberately accepts the trending beliefs of society. Being so ignorantly committed to the material world notches him a reputable status in society. Now wearing the garb of society he becomes synonymous to it. Regarding him means regarding society. He becomes so strongly identified with society that there remains no existence without it. This is the characteristic of a highly materialistic man. In contrast to an ignorant man, a spiritual man treads the path of truth. He does not let go off his moral principles and values at any cost. The world is your own reflection. There is no other in the world. All are but your own fading reflections. If you think you can deceive and getaway, you are highly mistaken. Shutting your eyes cannot make the sun of Truth disappear. The world outside and the world un-manifest of our own conscious, subconscious and unconscious planes of our mind and memory. Our senses are the extensions of our mind which manipulate the world outside for us.  If you think that you can deceive the world, you should know that you have been already deceived first. It is only an appearance of you deceiving someone. Sooner or later we would find that out, but then it is too late.
