We can hear this statement quite widely in spirituality. Accepting the fact, that the world is indeed our reflection is the ladder to spirituality. Because, when man sees the world around he has complains with it. But, spirituality deals with this problem with one pointed solution. It states that changing yourself will change the world. Just because, you are getting affected, you find a defect in the world. But, just think about this. Not necessarily what you think to be pleasing might sound displeasing to the other. This is just a simple example. So, we understand that it is the covering of our likes and dislikes which govern our opinion about the world. But, likes and dislikes itself root from opinions. As children we liked pink flowers but now it may seem childish. People prefer white today, red today... So, to get rid of the dark sides of life, we must eliminate our duplicitous nature.
