Individuality ceases to exist when the soul takes charges of the individual. No-mindness follows this state of consciousness. When one is connected with the absolute truth there remains no separation from it. We become so identified with the universal form of existence that, attachment to a specific body we bear fades away. We no longer are possessive ourselves and thus view the world with a vision of equanimity. When the individual identification like: I am feeling, I am thinking, My family, My life, my idea, opinion etc, no longer drives one's life he transcends the plane of mundane life. His mind is muted because of which the full-minded people (ignorant people) consider the former to be mad or sick. Our scriptures call such enlightened beings as Avadhuta, the one who has renounced all worldly attachments. Such individuals cannot be termed as 'individual' as the sense of individuality is absent. Man since the very beginning is prone to ownership. He works hard in order to get recognition in society. In that process, he lets go off his own morals and values. Forsaking his own beliefs, he deliberately accepts the trending beliefs of society. Being so ignorantly committed to the material world notches him a reputable status in society. Now wearing the garb of society he becomes synonymous to it. Regarding him means regarding society. He becomes so strongly identified with society that there remains no existence without it. This is the characteristic of a highly materialistic man. In contrast to an ignorant man, a spiritual man treads the path of truth. He does not let go off his moral principles and values at any cost. His commitment to the truth makes him stand out as a unique individual. Truth itself, shields him from the negative forces of the world. Confidence is a superimposed mask worn by our famous personalities, scholars, speakers, etc. It does not come from the depths of the heart. It is a tool used to influence people and get their attention. This is simply an easy mechanism to satisfy one’s ego. Through their false sense of freedom and knowledge they create a field to attract another set of ignorant people. This transmission of ignorance continues. Confidence cannot be equated to freedom or knowledge. Freedom is literally freedom from seeking attention and depending on others for one’s happiness. On the other hand knowledge is eternal. It cannot be taught or learnt by anybody simply through teaching. Knowledge needs to be experienced. It does not change with time and circumstances. Thus, the confident person is fooling other people like oneself. It is nothing but ignorance where neither knowledge is getting transmitted nor freedom. Hence there is no scope for gaining.

The world is your mirror. We know that the image of ours which is reflected in the mirror is not real, it is virtual. Thus the world which is the very reflection of our mind is a virtual one. There is no stuff in the world. If we manipulate with the world, we are playing merely with illusion. This illusory play merely complicates our delusion. Our transactions with the world are manipulative in nature, hence there is no reality there. We have to seek reality within ourselves.  Unless we audit ourselves, to our very core, we cannot know reality. The whole world is busy playing and manipulating with the outside, without bothering much with their inner reality. This essentially means that we are ignorant of the very process of how life happens. This is an unfortunate state to be in!
