The ability to focus is a gift. It is the most essential factor for growth and development. Focusing on any subject brings life. In other words, focus is the mother of all children. Another name for focus is consciousness. Only when one is conscious of the current situation and works towards it consciously, can he see himself grow. For Example: It is a known fact that, plants grow better when you invest emotions of well-being for it, cows yield more milk when you sing! What do these examples indicate? They simply state that focusing brings about reciprocation from the world. Focus on any job will yield may be not desired but the best results. But, all this depends on the degree of focus. When focus takes charge of the process of growth, all other factors that aid growth are drawn closer, automatically. Because, focus being the back bone of the process compels other nerves to perform in accordance. 

Creativity is a spontaneous flow of ideas and thoughts while business is a constrictive view of ideas and thoughts. We must change our perspectives to understand this better. When we do business, we restrict work to profits and losses. Work can do wonders if done in the right way. We should not expect result (profits and losses), instead work towards improving our goals. By allowing the flow of ideas to reflect in our work is essential. Let go of the constricted view of work. Let the work function through you spontaneously and then see the changes. When we become greedy, we tend to hold on to our past achievements. According to that, we begin to alter the future works expecting the same results.  Here   we tend to forget that the previous works were products of ‘freedom of thoughts’ and its ‘results’.
