Intelligence is not a mundane attribute but it deals with the space of consciousness. A very simple way to understand the degree of intelligence is this- The more you are connected with the super conscious, or spirit, you are connected to true intelligence. In other words, mundane activities and their results, success and failure cannot be the products of intelligence. So, we must understand that intelligence does not sprout from the brain but from the conscience which is the soul of the brain and many other vital functions. Intelligence is what makes us. It is consciousness that is intelligence! So, without intelligence present as consciousness, no activity or even thought can be carried out. However, in our daily lives, we may/ may not be conscious of the consciousness within us. So, we mistake the brain and not its source as the benefactor of intelligence. However, when man knows that it is not the success of materialism that is intelligence, he then becomes truly intelligent...

The ability to focus is a gift. It is the most essential factor for growth and development. Focusing on any subject brings life. In other words, focus is the mother of all children. Another name for focus is consciousness. Only when one is conscious of the current situation and works towards it consciously, can he see himself grow. For Example: It is a known fact that, plants grow better when you invest emotions of well-being for it, cows yield more milk when you sing! What do these examples indicate? They simply state that focusing brings about reciprocation from the world. Focus on any job will yield may be not desired but the best results. But, all this depends on the degree of focus. When focus takes charge of the process of growth, all other factors that aid growth are drawn closer, automatically. Because, focus being the back bone of the process compels other nerves to perform in accordance. 

Profit and loss are the priorities of people with low consciousness.  Let us understand this is depth. We all have the spark of supreme consciousness. But, due to the conditioning of the mind, it is buried deep within ourselves. Nobody can be categorized on the basis profession, beliefs, sect, etc. Because we all are humans and have consciousness. But, we differ from each other because each of us have evolved through different stages of life. Not in terms of aging, but this refers to the evolution of the mind. We are not the body, but what we are presently identified with is our mind. We find some people attached to money while some donate generously. The ones who are attached to matter have not evolved enough to awaken the super consciousness or intelligence. Because, their minds are clutched to matter. They are incapable of conceiving higher energies as their minds are piled up with matter. Only when we learn to let go and release our energy from dead matter can we progress...

Discrimination is the only mechanism through which the source can be known. 'Source' refers to the universal consciousness that is present within every individual. This can be invoked within oneself through meditation and other spiritual disciplines. Once invoked, the mystery of human behavior and nature is revealed. The material forces come under such an individual's control as he has used his discrimination power effectively.  The universal consciousness guides him across all hurdles of life. Thus, only when the universal consciousness is awakened the sense of discrimination (between Real, God and Unreal, matter) is possible. Every person has his own set of insecurities and fear. In order to assure safety, the mind propels one to get into the world. This refers to a job for financial security which contributes to mental well being. So, man works to get money for himself and maintain his family. Thus, we are expecting the results before we are at the task. This marks a high state of ignorance, where the mind has subdued the intellect. A man in this state is no less than a machine which blindly follows the instructions of the user (or the mind). Where man is supposed to be the controller of the mind, the mind is controlling man.
